All paint mixes are made on-site, as we carry full paint mixing schemes in our vans. We obtain the colour code stamped to the vehicle, which is then fed into our laptops to create the paint recipe. We can mix the correct paint for any car within the last 30 years including metallic, pearl and mica effects.
We can repair stone chips by mixing the correct paint, which is applied with a touch-up brush. This is a cosmetic repair only, which takes away the ‘eye’ of the damage as well as protecting it from any rust.
We repair minor alloy damage on the tyre and mask around it. We then sand down the damage, recreate the profile (if required) and then apply the appropriate alloy paint followed by a lacquer. This method achieves high-quality results quickly at affordable prices. However we are unable to repair diamond-cut, polished or chrome alloys.
We take payment via bank transfer or cash on completion of the repair.
Every repair is different. The price will vary based on various factors such as the colour of the car, the length of the scratch or the panel that is damaged. All repairs are completed on the same day. The time varies depending on the number of repairs being carried out on your vehicle. For example, a bumper scuff repair can take approximately 90 minutes.
You can drive the car as soon as we have completed the repair. However we insist that you wait for at least 4 days before you wash the car.
We can arrange to do the repair at your home or workplace, whichever is convenient to you. The only thing we require is a power supply and adequate space for us to park our van next to your car.
We are unable to repair bonnets and roofs, as they are flat panels. We also cannot repair dents which require more than body filler.
All of our work is carried out on a completely mobile basis.
Our vans are equipped with marquees which will allow us to work in wet weather.
